• Mountrail Phase II & III
• 1.14.25 Mountrail Phase II consisted of putting in a transmission line and booster station.  This project is completed.  Mountrail Phase III is the rural expansion from the Phase II infrastructure.  This is going out to bids this winter.  We had many delays on this project including getting the water purchase agreement finished with the City of Parshall and approved by the NDDEQ, easement acquisition, and issues with new requirements from the ND SHPO Office that required additional archaeological survey.  Once we have a contract awarded, we will give the contractor 2 construction seasons to complete the project.
